Ann Lawall Roque, CPO, is the first of the third generation of the Lawall family to join the family business, founded by her grandfather and father in 1976. A graduate of Northwestern University’s Orthotic and Prosthetic Program, Ann practiced in the Philadelphia area for 14 years before transitioning into a more administrative leadership role within the company.
She also serves as the President of TeamLawall, an organization that hosts adaptive clinics for individuals with disabilities throughout the Philadelphia area. Ann loves these events, as they provide a meaningful opportunity for her to connect with patients outside of the clinical setting.

Prior to founding MIH, Rakesh was area practice manager for Hanger Clinic for over 10 years. He is a Certified and Licensed Orthotist /Prosthetist (CPO, LPO ) with approximately 40 years of varied professional experience including about 16 years in India, Cambodia, Vietnam and Angola.
