PA State Senator Tina Tartaglione (D-2, Philadelphia) joined fellow lawmakers and advocates at the Pennsylvania Capitol to announce the introduction of the “So Every Body Can Move” Act, bipartisan legislation aimed at expanding access to medically necessary prosthetic and orthotic care for Pennsylvanians living with limb loss, limb difference, and mobility impairments.
The legislation has been introduced as Senate Bill 1360 by Senator TinaSenator Frank Farry and Senator Judy Ward in the Senate

POPS is a leading advocate for access to life-changing prosthetic, orthotic, and pedorthic care for physical activity in Pennsylvania.
Movement is medicine and physical activity is a right, not a privilege. But today, many children and adults in Pennsylvania with limb loss, limb difference, and mobility impairment are unable to afford and access life-changing prosthetic, orthotic, and pedorthic care that helps them be physically active due to inadequate insurance coverage.
In Pennsylvania, POPS is working to change this through state legislative action to include access to this medically necessary care.
Join us in this movement for change! Become an advocate for a more equitable world, where Every BODY has access to life-changing Prosthetic, Orthotic and Pedorthic Care necessary for physical activity.
